Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology domains (software, cloud, infra)
• Experience evangelising end-to-end tech roadmaps for cloud
• Experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences, incl. C-level

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to drive AWS service adoption and long-term success
• Formulate and execute a cloud adoption strategy to exceed objectives
• Be a trusted advisor with deep knowledge of AWS services and best practices
• Act as voice of the customer for AWS service teams to improve platform
• Collaborate with SAs to create reusable solutions for common problems
• Lead workshops and hands-on classes to demonstrate AWS services
• Build relationships with senior technical stakeholders to grow cloud advocacy
• Contribute to customer-facing publications and speak at events
• Mentor and onboard new SAs via programs
