Job summary

SAP in Palo Alto is seeking a Senior Technical Service Manager for Global Cloud Operations. You will act as a trusted technical and delivery advisor, owning customer landscapes and guiding complex cloud deployments of SAP ECS and S/4HANA on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise.

This customer‑facing role requires coordinating with ECS teams, managing expectations, and driving technical discussions, architecture, security, and migration roadmaps across SAP cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management.
• Strong technical project management skills & customer-facing experience.
• 6+ years SAP Basis admin duties and SAP technical consulting experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture and cloud integration.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical and delivery advisor for ECS customer engagements.
• Own the customer landscape and coordinate experts from ECS Delivery to resolve issues.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture, security, and migration planning with customers.
