Job summary

JTSi (Johnson Technology Systems, Inc.) is seeking a Senior Executive, Delivery Operations - Cloud Managed Services to lead SAP cloud managed services across enterprise landscapes. In this role you will drive governance, service stability, and customer satisfaction with a focus on SLAs and KPIs.

You will direct global delivery teams, manage third-party vendors, and coordinate with hyperscalers to ensure scalable, compliant operations in cloud and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 15+ years in SAP/enterprise tech, with leadership in managed services.
• Proven SAP cloud operations and service delivery experience.
• Strong IT service management knowledge (incident/problem/change).
• Experience leading distributed teams and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery operations for SAP Cloud Managed Services across customer accounts.
• Own service delivery performance against SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments.
• Oversee SAP operations including SAP S/4HANA, HANA, Basis, and application support.
• Provide executive leadership for global, cross-functional teams.
• Act as senior contact for incidents and major escalations.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and vendors to ensure delivery.
