Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America seeks a seasoned Program Director to lead global cloud platform initiatives. You will coordinate strategy with platform owners, manage cross-regional delivery, and report progress to senior leadership. The role requires strong communication with TD SYNNEX and Microsoft/AWS teams, plus travel to global sites.

You will drive process improvements, ensure governance, and demonstrate technology depth to stakeholders across Americas, APJ, and Europe.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of product ownership or equivalent program leadership.
• IT channel experience, preferably MSP/hosting or Pan-European distributors.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of project/program management techniques.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and success of products and platforms across Americas, APJ and Europe.
• Develop strategy with platform owners and stakeholders to align global cloud initiatives.
• Collaborate with MSFT/AWS and TD SYNNEX platforms to prioritize initiatives and manage scope.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and maximize results across regions.
• Prepare executive communications and ensure governance, risk, and timeline controls.
• Demonstrate technology depth and provide demonstrations as needed.
