TD SYNNEX CORPORATION in Fremont, CA seeks a Director of Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end material readiness, supply planning, and capacity execution for cloud infrastructure customers. You will manage global fulfillment, drive KPI-driven inventory strategies, and mentor a team of SCM professionals in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and development of systems and dashboards leveraging AI insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience in data center/OEM or hyperscale environments.
• Strong forecasting, planning, and analytics capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead global supply chain execution including CTB tracking and build schedules.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to align component allocations and ramp plans.
• Oversee NPI to MP transitions and capacity ramping for mass production.
• Drive production scheduling and capacity allocation across sites.
• Develop proactive risk mitigation for component constraints.
• Utilize forecasting models to optimize inventory velocity and KPI reporting.
• Partner with BizOps/IT to enhance dashboards and KPI tracking.
