Job summary

Synechron seeks an AWS Cloud Program Manager – Technical Management to lead cloud transformation initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage program delivery, and ensure AWS programs align with business and technical objectives.

The role requires deep AWS knowledge, governance, and DevOps practices. Experience with large-scale migrations and a global client base is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management, cloud transformation or infrastructure delivery.
• 3+ years managing AWS cloud programs or enterprise cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead AWS cloud programs including migration, modernization, and platform initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: architects, engineers, security, and vendors.
• Develop roadmaps, plans, budgets, and success metrics.
• Track progress against scope, schedule, budget, risks and outcomes.
