The role directs a global team, drives reliability with SLAs and KPIs, advances automation and IaC, partners with Cybersecurity, and oversees budgets, vendors, and disaster recovery. A strong ITIL background and senior leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years IT experience.
• 8+ years supporting enterprise hybrid infrastructure and cloud platforms in a 24x7 environment.
• 7+ years leading engineering/infra operations teams with production services responsibility.
• Fluency in English and senior engineering leadership with reliability focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering team with 24x7x365 support.
• Own strategy, architecture, lifecycle management, and modernization for compute, virtualization, storage/backup, Azure, data centers.
• Drive reliability with SLAs/SLOs, KPI reporting, observability, capacity, patching, and security.
• Lead major incident response, problem management, and post-incident learning.
• Advance automation and infrastructure-as-code for faster, repeatable deployments.
• Partner with Cybersecurity to maintain secure-by-design operations and audit readiness.
• Own disaster recovery and resiliency planning for critical platforms.
• Manage vendors, budgets, forecasts, and executive communications on health and roadmaps.
