Qualifications

10+ years of experience in product management, ownership, or solution leadership in enterprise SaaS.
Enterprise leadership with strategic planning, execution and stakeholder management.
Experience owning and delivering large-scale CLM solutions.
Ability to define vision, roadmaps, and measurable business value.
Experience partnering with Legal, Procurement, Compliance or similar groups.
Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes.

Responsabilités

Create and communicate a robust vision, strategy, and multi-year CLM roadmap.
Lead 3+ CLM products across their full lifecycle including adoption and optimization.
Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
Oversee analysts translating objectives into clear requirements and backlogs.
Drive standardization, streamlining, and automation of contracting processes.
Ensure governance, SDLC, security, and compliance across deployments.
