Job summary

Emerald Clinical Trials in the United States is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our growing team. This home-based role offers flexibility while leading global and regional clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.

The ideal candidate has renal trial experience, a science degree (RN preferred), and a strong background in project leadership, clinical operations, and strategic trial execution.

Qualifications

• Renal experience in clinical research.
• Bachelor's degree in a science field; RN preferred.
• 1–2 years as Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Lead.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical trials from start-up to close-out.
• Lead site selection and feasibility with CRAs and investigators.
• Manage study timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide oversight on protocol administration and monitoring.
• Collaborate with sponsors, investigators, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and FDA regulations.
• Train and mentor CRAs and site staff.
