Job summary

OrganOx Limited in the United States is seeking a Clinical Specialist to train and support users of the metra platform. You will teach proper usage, ensure safe handling, and support organ preservation from procurement through transplantation, with global travel primarily in North America.

This role requires after-hours availability, strong communication, and collaboration with transplant teams. You will coordinate site initiation, refresher visits, remote trainings, and contribute to R&D

Qualifications

• BS degree with 3+ years ICU/ECMO/Cath Lab/OR/Transplant/ED experience
• Must be highly flexible to support sites across North America
• Excellent interpersonal and patient-facing communication skills

Responsibilities

• Train and support organ retrieval and transplant teams on metra usage
• Be on-call 24/7 for remote and onsite support about 15 days a month
• Organize site initiation and refresher trainings, in-person and remote
