Job summary

OrganOx is seeking a Clinical Specialist to train and support users of the metra platform. This role involves global travel, primarily within North America, and occasional after-hours work to ensure safe and effective organ preservation and research collaboration.

Essential requirements include a BS degree with clinical experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Remote work is allowed with on-site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• BS degree plus clinical experience in ICU/ECMO/Cath Lab/OR/Transplant/ED
• Must travel up to 50% within NA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Train and support organ retrieval and transplant teams using the metra platform
• Be on-call 24/7 for about 15 days a month for remote and onsite support
• Organize site initiation and refresher visits and training events
• Communicate effectively with transplant teams, management and coworkers
• Support managers and staff on remote or onsite assignments; assist in R&D activities as needed
