Job summary

OrganOx, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Specialist to train and support users of the metra platform. The role involves global travel, primarily within North America, to leading transplantation sites.

Expect after-hours work, nights, weekends, and extended days due to the nature of organ donation and transplantation. The candidate will join a team focused on safe, effective use of OrganOx technology, data collection, and collaboration with managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Required: BS degree with 3+ years experience in ICU, ECMO, Cath Lab, OR, Transplant, and ED.
• Must be flexible to travel within North America and support sites as needed.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Train and support transplant teams in using the OrganOx metra system.
• Be on-call 24/7 for about 15 days a month for remote and onsite support.
• Organize site initiation, refresher visits and training events, in person or remote.
• Communicate effectively with transplant teams and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in R&D activities in lab settings as directed.
