Job summary

OrganOx Limited is seeking a Clinical Specialist to train and support users of the metra platform, ensuring safe and effective organ preservation and research applications. The role involves global travel within North America, after-hours work, and close collaboration with transplant teams and internal staff.

Essential requirements include ICU/ECMO/Transplant experience and strong communication skills. A flexible, detail-oriented professional ready for a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Essential requirements include BS degree with 3+ years’ ICU/ECMO/Cath Lab/OR/Transplant/ED experience.
• Must be highly flexible to support sites across North America.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Train and support organ retrieval and transplant teams in the use of the OrganOx metra according to company policies.
• Be on-call 24/7 for about 15 days per month for remote and onsite support.
• Organize site initiation and refresher visits, training sessions, and centralized training events.
• Maintain timely communication with transplant teams and internal staff.
• Support R&D activities in lab settings under management guidance.
