Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. seeks a Training Specialist to educate the global sales force and field staff on Merit products and applications.

You will develop curricula, update dealers on new products, and create training materials to improve clinical expertise and product knowledge across regions. You will design training programs, assess field performance, and support the sales/marketing teams by delivering in-service sessions and educational content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or education/experience equivalent.
• Six years hands-on medical experience with three years clinical training.
• Excellent communication and the ability to analyze feedback to improve knowledge and skills.
• Strong understanding of training methods and corporate sales training programs.
• Good analytical and organizational skills; able to coordinate large programs.
• Experience with spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Educate Merit’s global sales force and employees on products and applications.
• Train and update worldwide dealers as new products launch.
• Present product information at new hire orientations.
• Develop training curricula and programs to improve knowledge and skills.
• Define protocols and assist in field assessment of market research trials.
• Create and update sales training materials and digitalized content.
