Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. seeks a seasoned Training Specialist to deliver comprehensive medical product training to customers and field personnel. You will develop curricula, produce didactic content, and provide ongoing clinical support for domestic and international markets.

You will collaborate with product managers to create in-servicing videos, answer complex clinical questions, and coordinate clinical education events while promoting Merit products and best practices across the field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
At least 6 years of hands-on medical experience (Endoscopy/General Surgery preferred).
Excellent communication and ability to analyze feedback for training improvement.
Understanding of training/development techniques and program implementation.
Strong analytical and organizational skills; capable of coordinating large programs.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive training programs to customers and personnel.
Provide didactic content during training sessions.
Offer case support to trained customers in domestic and international markets.
Develop training curriculums and improve knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Collaborate with Product Managers to create sales training and in-servicing materials.
Answer clinical questions from doctors, technicians, and sales staff.
Coordinate and execute clinical education events and CEU credits.
