Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. seeks a qualified training professional to deliver comprehensive clinical education and training programs for customers and staff.

The role involves developing curricula, assessing competency, producing training materials, and supporting field clinicians in the use of Merit products. You will work with product managers on training content, answer clinical questions, and contribute to symposiums and educational events while advancing Merit’s training initiatives

Qualifications

• Education and/or business experience equivalent to a related Bachelor's Degree.
• A minimum of six years of hands‑on medical experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to analyze feedback in training.
• Understanding of training and development techniques and ability to implement a corporate training program.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approved training and education programs for customers and personnel.
• Deliver content during training portions and provide case support to trained customers.
• Develop training curriculums and programs to improve knowledge, skill, and ability.
• Define protocol and assist in field assessment of product market research trials.
• Develop and implement ongoing home-study training to maintain clinical expertise.
• Conduct ongoing staff training and provide clinical feedback to resolve issues.
• Serve as clinical expert for the company.
• Standardize and digitalize training materials and create in-servicing videos.
