Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Planning to design, develop, and implement the clinical supplies strategy for clinical trials.

The role oversees labeling, packaging, release, and distribution at CMOs and manages forecasts and budgets across multiple programs. You will collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and external vendors to ensure timely supply for global trials and future commercial needs, including site onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 9 years of experience with a BS degree or 7 years with a Masters.
• Experience in planning time-critical and temperature-sensitive products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication including presentations.
• Experience in writing SOPs and using multiple databases/ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee labeling, packaging, release, distribution at external CMOs for assigned studies, maintaining budget and on-time delivery.
• Create global clinical forecast plans and budgets for clinical supplies across programs.
• Develop global supply strategies and collaborate with Clinical Ops, Regulatory, QA, and vendors.
• Support site onboarding and management, forecasting, and distribution of co-therapy drugs in US and ex-US.
• Manage trial supply to ensure uninterrupted IMP production and worldwide distribution.
