Job summary

Lakefront Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Supply Chain to plan and deliver investigational product for its clinical studies.

The role owns the clinical supply strategy from forecast to packaging, labeling, distribution, inventory management and reconciliation. The position collaborates with Clinical Operations, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, and external vendors to adapt to enrollment and timeline changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, life sciences, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech supply chain with clinical trials experience.
• Ownership of clinical supply planning, forecasting, packaging, labeling, depot management.
• Familiarity with ICH guidelines and regional requirements for multinational trials.
• Experience managing contract packaging, depots, couriers, and clinical vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical supply plans and forecasts based on study design and enrolment.
• Manage supply for startup, ongoing enrollment, amendments and closeout.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, storage, distribution, returns or destruction with external partners.
• Create packaging plans for global studies compliant with ICH and country rules.
• Set inventory targets and coordinate resupply to minimize shortages and waste.
• Coordinate international shipments and import requirements with partners.
• Manage temperature‑controlled storage and excursion assessments with QA/TO.
• Support setup and management of IRT systems where applicable.
• Maintain supply Records, forecasts, budgets, and vendor timelines.
• Identify risks and lead contingency planning for enrollment or schedule changes.
• Partner with Quality to ensure GxP compliance and proper documentation.
