AbbVie Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to manage the Clinical Supply Project Managers (CSPMs) or contribute as an individual contributor responsible for the oversight of multiple pipeline studies.

Experience leading cross-functional teams in a clinical supply context.
Ability to drive process improvement and ensure compliance across programs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Manager of the Clinical Supply Project Managers (CSPMs) or oversee CSPMs as an IC.
Oversee multiple pipeline studies and ensure consistency in study setup and maintenance.
Monitor process effectiveness and quality of CSPM outputs across global teams.
Lead development of new processes to ensure compliance in Clinical Supplies Project Management.
Work on large cross-functional initiatives to increase agility and compliance across AbbVie R&D.
Evaluate issues and propose global solutions and represent Clinical Supplies Project Management.
