AbbVie Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to manage the Clinical Supply Project Managers (CSPMs) or contribute as an individual contributor responsible for the oversight of multiple pipeline studies.

The role focuses on ensuring consistent study setup and maintenance, while monitoring process effectiveness and quality across global teams. The incumbent will drive the development of new processes to ensure ongoing compliance in Clinical Supplies Project Management and participate in

• Monitor process effectiveness and quality of CSPM outputs across global teams.
• Lead development of new processes to ensure compliance in Clinical Supplies Project Management.
• Work on large cross-functional initiatives to increase agility and compliance across AbbVie R&D.
• Evaluate issues and propose global solutions and represent Clinical Supplies Project Management.

Job Description

Serves as the Manager of the Clinical Supply Project Managers (CSPMs)
or may be an individual contributor with responsibility for oversight of
many key pipeline studies and working across several CSPMs to ensure
consistency of study set up and maintenance.
Monitors the effectiveness of processes and quality of project work
completed by CSPMs. Works globally and cross functionally to ensure
cost effective study management and high-quality outcomes. Must take a
lead in development of new processes to always ensure compliance in
Clinical Supplies Project Management.
Work on large cross functional improvement initiatives to increase agility
and compliance across AbbVie R&D.
Evaluate issues and propose solutions with a global perspective. Represent
Clinical Supplies Project

Qualifications

BS or equivalent education and extensive, Typically, 14+ years of experience; MS or equivalent education with typically 12+ years of experience; PhD with typically 6+ years of experience in area or scientific area of discipline.
