Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life/Physical Sciences preferred; business admin, math or engineering with relevant work experience acceptable.
• 1 year of project management experience or 3+ years of pharma/biotech experience or equivalent.
• Strong problem solving, logical reasoning and proactive approach to solving problems.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to manage multiple projects independently or in a group.

Aufgaben

• Assist with routine clinical supply chain activities including forecasting, shipment, inventory, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate supply records, depot inventory balances, labeling information, and required attachments.
• Process basic supply requests following defined steps and escalation criteria.
• Update transaction details in supply tools and verify completion against work instructions.
• Document supply issues and status updates in trackers and route non-routine items to escalation points.
