Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Senior Clinical Supply Manager to lead drug supply planning for all study phases, including I-IV, for PCI Clinical Service Clients. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliant, timely drug supply across domestic and international studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 5-10 years related experience and/or training.
• Basic Mathematical Skills
• Intermediate Computer Skills: more complex computer tasks
• Full Professional Proficiency: speak, read, write fluently for professional needs
• Very High Reasoning: define problems, analyze data, draw conclusions

Responsibilities

• Act as client advocate for drug supply management throughout the study.
• Interpret protocol to determine supply requirements and packaging needs.
• Coordinate MELT labeling and labeling strategy with Client.
• Build drug projections to create a supply plan for domestic and international studies.
• Collaborate with Packaging PM to set production schedules.
• Monitor inventory and track shipments to depots and sites.
• Identify risks and resolve clinical supply issues and complaints.
