Job summary

PCI Pharma Services offers a fully remote Senior Clinical Supply Manager role focused on end-to-end drug supply planning for global clinical trials. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5–10 years related experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to perform complex tasks.
• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken/written).
• Very high reasoning; ability to interpret complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for drug supply management throughout the study life cycle.
• Handle unblinded study information with confidentiality.
• Interpret protocols to determine supply requirements and labeling.
• Create Master MELT text and labeling strategy with client.
• Build supply plans based on demand and production schedules.
• Coordinate with PCI teams to align production and depot strategy.
• Review packaging documents for blinded clients when requested.
• Manage and monitor inventory at depots and sites.
• Identify risks and resolve supply issues; handle temperature excursions.
• Oversee SMART contract budget and change orders.
