Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in the United States is seeking a SMART Services Senior Clinical Supply Manager to lead drug supply planning strategy for all phases of clinical trials and to coordinate cross-functional teams across global sites.

You will act as client advocate, manage master MELT labeling, oversee IRT design and UAT, and drive risk mitigation, budgeting, and site deployments while ensuring compliance with cGMP and GCP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 5-10 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Professional fluency in English and clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as Client advocate for drug supply management throughout studies.
• Develop and optimize master supply plans for domestic and international trials.
• Coordinate MELT labeling and labeling strategy with Client and PCI teams.
• Support IRT design, testing, and UAT to ensure system readiness.
• Manage inventory, timelines, and risk mitigation across sites and depots.
• Collaborate with DPM to ensure compliant logistics and documentation.
