Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Senior Clinical Supply Manager (CSM) for a fully remote opportunity in the United States. You will develop drug supply planning strategies and oversee supplies across all phases of clinical trials, including Phase I–IV, Expanded Access, Compassionate Use, and international-to-domestic studies.

You will act as the client advocate, coordinate with PCI packaging, IRT, and logistics teams, build supply plans, and ensure regulatory and documentation compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years related experience and/or training.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and knowledge of various computer programs.
• Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English.
• Strong reasoning: define problems, collect data, draw valid conclusions and interpret technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Act as Client advocate, assisting with drug supply management throughout the life of the study
• Work in an unblinded capacity with secure, confidential study information
• Provide input for protocol development and amendments as needed
• Interpret clinical protocol to determine drug and ancillary supply requirements, packaging/labeling design, and supply plan
• Coordinate with Client to generate Master English Label Text (MELT) if needed
• Collaborate to establish labeling strategy and a production schedule based on study supply plan
• Review packaging documentation on behalf of blinded Client when requested
• Manage clinical supplies including packaging design and contingency planning for complex studies
• Identify and monitor inventory of all clinical trial materials at depot and site levels
• Track shipments to depots and sites and manage risks and issues
