Job summary

MSD is seeking a Global Clinical Supply Co‑op (Intern/Fixed Term) in the United States. The role focuses on end‑to‑end clinical supply chain, data analytics, and continuous improvement across a global organization.

You will own workstreams, develop dashboards, and collaborate with multiple functions to deliver value. Selected candidates gain hands-on exposure to digital transformation, process standardization, and stakeholder engagement, while building durable tools and handoff plans for

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant degree program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PharmD, PhD, etc.).
• Ability to commit to an extended co‑op assignment aligned to business and academic program requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Foundational digital and data literacy with data sets and business systems.
• Interest in applying analytics, automation, or AI enabled tools to improve processes.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more sustained project workstreams supporting Global Clinical Supply priorities.
• Analyze business processes, operational data, and supply chain information to identify improvements.
• Support development of dashboards, reports, process maps, training materials, and governance tools.
• Apply digital, data, automation, or AI-enabled approaches to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Logistics, Packaging, Digital, Clinical Operations and partners.
• Participate in operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop data‑driven recommendations and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support project management activities including milestones and risk tracking.
• Create reusable assets and handoff materials for implementation readiness.
