Job summary

Merck offers a 4–6 month co-op in the Global Support Division, focusing on process excellence, operations, and business intelligence. You will collaborate on supplier management, risk, and data analytics initiatives, building dashboards and KPI reporting for senior management.

Current students pursuing a B.S. in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or related fields will gain hands-on project experience, risk systems maintenance, and cross-functional teamwork in a hybrid work setting in NJ/PA.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. degree in a STEM or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of compliance plans and initiatives.
• Review and update GSMG procedures and documents.
• Deliver Risk & Compliance training.
• Maintain risk data in GSMG risk systems and ensure data quality.
• Collect, model, and analyze large data sets and develop dashboards and KPIs.
