Job summary

MSD is offering a Future Talent Co-op in the Global Support Division focused on Strategic Supplier Management. This 5-6 month program combines market intelligence, cost modeling, and supplier performance analytics to deliver meaningful savings and insights.

As a student in a relevant discipline, you will work across Legal, Finance and Procure-to-Pay, gaining hands-on experience with SAP, data analytics, and cross-functional teamwork in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior pursuing a Bachelor’s in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong data collection, analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support procurement objectives including sourcing and cost reduction.
• Conduct market analyses to provide insights for sourcing teams.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and processes.
• Assist in supplier selection and contract compliance.
• Prepare category spend and savings reporting; support budgeting.
• Participate in RFIs, RFPs, e-Auctions and cost modeling.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procure-to-Pay and suppliers.
