Designed for students pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree, the role emphasizes data-driven insights, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on exposure to end-to-end clinical supply.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant degree (Bachelor's, Master's, PharmD, PhD, or similar).
• Commit to an extended co-op aligned with academic requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Foundational data literacy and comfort with data sets and business systems.
• Interest in applying analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve processes.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to manage work across milestones.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and accept feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more project workstreams for Global Clinical Supply priorities.
• Analyze processes, data, and supply chain information to identify improvements and recommendations.
• Support dashboards, reports, and process maps; develop training materials and playbooks.
• Apply digital, data, automation, or AI-enabled approaches to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Logistics, Digital, and other functions.
• Participate in governance, knowledge management, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Document processes and create reusable assets to support implementation.
• Assist with scope definition, milestones, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare clear handoffs and readiness materials for continuity after the co-op.
