Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a senior leader to drive the Clinical Supply Chain packaging and distribution for a growing clinical portfolio. You will oversee international packaging strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of drug products to trials worldwide.

The role requires deep knowledge of GMP/GCP standards, IND/NDA processes, and collaboration with Clinical Operations and vendors.

Qualifications

• Requires expertise in international clinical packaging and distribution for both large and small molecule assets.
• Effective communication with technical personnel internally and externally.
• Proven experience in project management, budgeting, resource allocation and vendor management.
• Deep knowledge of GMP, GCP, ICH guidelines and global pharma regulations.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for INDs/NDA and CTR filings in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex clinical packaging strategies aligned with portfolio delivery and forecasts.
• Coordinate large, international, cross-functional Clinical Supply Chain activities with Clinical Operations.
• Execute GMP clinical packaging outsourcing strategies for large and small molecules.
• Manage GMP vendor relationships and select qualified third-party vendors.
• Review packaging documentation and ensure cGMP compliance; provide team leadership.
