Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director, Global Supply Chain to lead our global clinical and commercial supply chain organization from development through commercialization.

The role requires deep clinical supply experience, a track record with product launches, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a highly outsourced, global setup. Hybrid role based in Waltham, MA.

Qualifications

• Deep clinical supply chain leadership experience supporting global Phase I-III programs.
• Commercial supply experience with at least one product launch.
• Executive leadership experience with ability to lead leaders and influence decisions.
• End-to-end supply chain strategy from clinical development through commercialization.
• Experience with outsourced manufacturing and global supply networks (CMO/CDMO partnerships).
• Executive presence and collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global clinical and commercial supply chain strategy and execution across the product lifecycle.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply across clinical studies, commercial operations, and launches.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and S&OP within the leadership team.
• Partner with Technical Operations, Clinical Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, and ONO to drive supply decisions.
• Develop and lead a high-performing global supply chain organization.
• Manage external manufacturing, packaging, logistics, and distribution partners.
• Guide inventory and capacity planning to meet business objectives.
