Job summary

Caidya seeks a Senior Director, Therapeutic Strategy Lead to oversee therapeutic and delivery strategies for oncology clinical studies. You will provide cross-functional leadership, clinical expertise, and strategic support for client relationships and business growth.

The role requires a 10+ year background in clinical research, with CRO experience and deep therapeutic knowledge. Travel may be needed as projects demand, with a remote US work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related discipline or equivalent
• Master’s degree or higher preferred (MS, MBA, PharmD, PhD)
• 10+ years of industry experience including CRO experience
• Strong background in clinical research with commercial and operational expertise
• Therapeutic expertise in one or more core therapeutic areas

Responsibilities

• BD support: collaborate with BD on opportunities, lead RFPs, budget strategy, bid defense meetings and client presentations
• Partner with clinical operations, medical affairs, biostatistics, and sales to build end-to-end solutions
• Provide input on protocol design, site feasibility, patient-centric approaches, and modern techniques
• Monitor regulatory updates, standards of care, and key opinion leaders relevant to development lifecycle
• Plan and attend industry conferences and thought leadership events
• Provide executive oversight and lead client governance activities
• Identify and manage issues at study and portfolio levels
• Contribute to contingency planning and risk mitigation
• Drive internal strategies to win new business and strengthen relationships
