Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Lead Global Project Manager to oversee clinical customer projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting client expectations. You will mentor project teams, manage kick-off meetings, and contribute to business development while traveling to client sites as needed.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and 1–5 years of experience, strong mathematical and computer skills, and excellent English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 1-5 years related experience or training.
• College level mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with standard computer programs and tools.
• Fluent professional-level communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management for assigned clinical projects with milestones and budget adherence.
• Serve as primary client contact for packaging activities and relationship management.
• Lead and mentor Clinical Project Managers and teams; run kick-off meetings.
• Support business development and provide input on new quotations and resupplies.
• Review contracts, protocols, and documentation to mitigate risk and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Travel to client sites (10–30%); manage budgeting and change orders as needed.
