Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical operational strategy and ensure studies are executed on-time and within budget.
• Translate asset strategy into operational execution and connect science with business.
• Identify and mitigate risks at the program level.
• Lead a global team of study managers and senior cross-functional partners.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and AbbVie policies in all activities.
• Manage external budgets across the portfolio (programs often 20–200M).
• Mentor staff and develop talent within Development Operations.
• Foster an inclusive, innovative environment for studies and staff.
