Job summary

Kailera Therapeutics seeks a VP, Global Supply Chain to lead end-to-end clinical and commercial supply, ensuring uninterrupted patient access to IMP and commercial product. You will set global strategy, build a high-performing team, and partner with external service providers to scale operations.

Role involves hub-based onsite in Waltham, MA or remote with periodic in-person meetings; focus on governance, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization across global markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in biopharma with clinical and commercial supply chain
• Experience leading global supply chain operations at senior level
• US product launch experience and vendor governance

Responsibilities

• Lead a global supply chain organization with governance and metrics
• Oversee external partners including 3PLs, vendors, and distributors
• Define global logistics, including cold chain and regulatory import/export
• Ensure GMP/GDP compliance and serialization/track-and-trace
• Select and optimize supply chain systems (ERP, IRT/RTSM)
• Develop compliant clinical and commercial supply processes
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts for reliable drug supply
• Build sourcing and procurement organization for cost optimization
• Apply market insights and digital tools to scale supply planning
• Design plans to supply drugs for complex global trials and markets
• Manage the supply chain budget and KPIs
