Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Global Client Transformation Lead to drive large-scale, outcome-led transformation for strategic clients. You will partner with client executives and internal teams to define a transformation vision, execute AI-led process changes, and realize measurable business value.

You will own end-to-end delivery across discovery, design, deployment, and steady-state operations, with a focus on AI, automation, and hybrid delivery models; strong governance and client reporting are

Qualifications

15+ years in transformation, digital, or enterprise program leadership.
Senior stakeholders-facing experience with strong consulting background.
Proven ability to define strategy and execute at scale.
Hands-on exposure to AI, automation, and RPA programs.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end transformation strategy for client accounts including charters, operating models, and ROI.
Lead delivery of AI, automation, and process re-engineering programs with measurable benefits.
Own governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting across multi-workstream programs.
Lead executive-level client interactions, steering committees, and transformation councils.
Ensure technical feasibility, security, and scalable solutions in complex environments.
