Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned consultant to drive large-scale transformations for technology clients in the United States. The role spans translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable impact with AI-enabled initiatives.

You will partner with executive stakeholders, lead multi-workstream programs, and ensure high-quality, client-ready results while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the tech industry or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action for technology companies.
• Drive execution directly with client teams and remove barriers.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track ROI.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations.
• Build the project infrastructure: workplans, governance, risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials to communicate progress to executives.
• Lead workstreams from start to finish with tangible outputs.
• Own quality across deliverables and maintain coherence.
• Support business development and grow client relationships.
• Lead client relationships day-to-day and manage expectations.
• Coordinate across workstreams to keep delivery on track.
• Develop junior team members and provide growth opportunities.
• Travel: Avg. 40–50% (up to 80%).
