Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience designing, building, and scaling AI, ML, and generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Python, modern AI frameworks, LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, and cloud-native AI platforms.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and their business impact.
• Experience translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program leader for complex, cross-functional initiatives involving business, engineering, customer, product, and partner stakeholders.
• Champion AI adoption by developing methodologies, playbooks, and best practices to operationalize AI.
• Translate leadership priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive alignment across multiple organizations, identify risks, remove blockers, and accelerate execution.
• Develop executive communications, status updates, recommendations, and decision frameworks for senior leadership.
• Establish repeatable operating models and best practices for future AI initiatives and transformation programs.
• Develop an AI adoption strategy that showcases HP AI Stations across strategic customers, industries, and ecosystem partners.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Represent HP in strategic customer, partner, analyst, and industry engagements related to AI transformation.
