Capgemini Invent in the United States is seeking a seasoned Transformation Management professional to lead enterprise programs. You will shape governance, delivery cadence, and value realization, using AI-enabled tooling to enhance transparency and results.

The role focuses on multi-workstream leadership, senior client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration across strategy, technology, data, and design.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in transformation consulting or equivalent program leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial mindset: spotting opportunities, shaping work, building credibility.
• Experience operating in complex matrixed environments with competing priorities.
• Strength in operating model change and transformation governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise transformation programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Own day-to-day senior client relationships; drive delivery outcomes and decision making.
• Establish governance, performance management, and value realization mechanisms at scale.
• Lead planning across phases (mobilize → deliver → stabilize → optimize).
• Support business development through shaping, proposals, and account growth.
• Mentor and develop consultants; build a high-trust delivery culture.
• Building a working knowledge in building & promoting asset-based offerings.
