General Assembly is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support the delivery of our largest client programs and grow critical accounts. You will be part of a cross-functional, client-facing team responsible for managing multi-million dollar annual revenue.

You will coordinate engagement strategies for both online and in-person programs, track program success with metrics, and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality delivery and reporting.

Competenze

• 2+ years in client management or consulting.
• 2+ years using Excel and Google Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Mansioni

• Support Senior Client Success teams in managing Fortune 100 client relationships and account expansion strategies.
• Execute engagement and delivery strategies for online and in-person training programs.
• Document direct costs associated with program delivery.
• Own internal and client-facing meeting summaries with key decisions and actions.
• Track day-to-day program success through learning and sentiment metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality corporate program delivery.
• Create and present delivery reports containing qualitative and quantitative data.
