Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Global Client Executive (GCE) to build a sustainable client relationship, drive retention and growth by intensifying interaction with risk managers and their brokers, and following a formal stewardship and account planning process. The GCE will actively engage Chubb leadership and align with the Chubb business plan and expectations to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Client Plan: Meet with each assigned client and broker to discuss current Chubb relationship and client’s Risk Management Goals.
• Stewardship: Lead the Stewardship process for clients, brokers, and the entire Chubb account team.
• Client Roster: Create a comprehensive roster of each client’s expanded Chubb team including UW, claims, ESIS, regional leadership, and Global Services.
• Institutionalize Relationship: Provide clients access to Chubb senior management and product line leadership to promote the Chubb brand.
• Drive Chubb Business Plan: Understand product lines and regional plans and translate into action for assigned clients.
• Drive Overall Client Satisfaction: Manage service delivery and elevate issues to senior management as needed.
• Client Specific P&L Statements: Maintain and update annual client-specific P&L exhibits for strategic decisions.
