Qualifications

Significant experience in asset management, client reporting, or related financial services operations.
Experience leading teams and managing complex day-to-day operations.
Experience coordinating across client-facing and production teams.
Demonstrated experience improving operational processes, controls, and service delivery.
Experience supporting operating-model transformation, automation, or technology-enabled process improvement.
Undergraduate degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead the Client Solutions team across North America and EMEA.
Oversee client reporting inquiries and translate needs to reporting production teams.
Ensure strong service quality, risk management, and operational controls.
Design and execute the global Client Reporting operating model for consistency and efficiency.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI.
Collaborate with CX teams to improve end-to-end client reporting experience.
Build and develop a high-performing, client-centric team.
