The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) at BDA, LLC supports global Account Managers by ensuring seamless branded merchandise programs across markets.

You will manage sourcing, quoting, order processing, and delivery tracking while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet client needs. This role offers growth toward the sales team within an international, fast-paced environment with a hybrid onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales coordination, account management, or purchasing.
• Experience with customer service, vendor negotiation, or procurement a plus.
• Ability to communicate across time zones and regions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global Account Managers to source, price, and present merchandise options.
• Research and recommend branded merchandise aligned with brand strategy and client objectives.
• Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotations, and cost analyses.
