Job summary

BDA Inc. is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support global Account Managers in sourcing, pricing, and presenting branded merchandise across regions.

You will manage orders, coordinate with international vendors, and prepare proposals, while ensuring timely delivery and high service levels. A 2+ year background in sales coordination or purchasing helps, with strong Excel, Salesforce, and Oracle EBS skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or purchasing.
• Experience in customer service, vendor negotiation, or procurement is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with clients, vendors, and teams across time zones.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global Account Managers to source, price, and present merchandise options.
• Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotations, and cost analyses.
• Process and track global orders from request to delivery; liaise with vendors.
• Maintain order status reports and analyze order trends for profitability.
