Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales coordination or purchasing, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, and ERP tools. Hybrid work with an in-office four-days-per-week schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales coordination, account management, or purchasing.
• Experience with customer service, vendor negotiation or procurement a plus.
• Strong communication across time zones and regions.
• Proficient in creating reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global Account Managers to source, price, and present merchandise options.
• Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, and cost analysis reports.
• Process and track global orders, liaising with vendors for pricing and timelines.
• Maintain order status reports and use Excel to analyze trends and profitability.
