Job summary

State Street is seeking a Vice President to strengthen client relationships and drive revenue growth across assigned accounts in a global client-facing role. You will coordinate with sales, client service, operations, product, and finance to ensure a consistent client experience and identify new opportunities.

The role requires extensive experience in relationship management within financial services, strong communication, and the ability to mentor junior talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.
• Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with all levels of client organizations.
• Proven ability to develop junior talent and provide mentoring.
• Ability to understand client business, challenges and strategic direction; articulate value for new products.
• 15+ years of total work experience preferred with 5 years in Financial Services in RM/Sales or Client Service.
• Proven ability to earn client trust and develop relationships within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and deepen client relationships.
• Monitor client perception of service quality (NPS) and align with business leads.
• Manage assigned clients to grow new business and product opportunities.
• Achieve organic growth and revenue targets for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify client needs and plan engagement.
• Prepare account plans and business overviews for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain client data in SF360 CRM (contacts, opportunities, meetings, campaigns).
• Negotiate and finalize client contracts.
• Promote State Street products/services with business partners.
• Introduce new products/solutions to clients where possible.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
• Assist with client presentations, meetings, and RFPs.
