Job summary

State Street seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to manage a key client relationship in Global Clients. You will engage with business leaders and client stakeholders to ensure delivery against contracted standards.

You will strengthen client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and coordinate with the Global Relationship Manager to align solutions. The role requires robust communication and data management in SF360 CRM.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with executives to operational staff.
• 10+ years of total work experience; 5 years in financial services in RM/sales or client service.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and deepen relationships with clients; monitor client perception of service quality (NPS).
• Develop new business and product opportunities while protecting existing revenue streams.
• Collaborate with Global Relationship Manager to identify State Street solutions and engagement strategy.
• Support account plan preparation and deliver business overviews to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain client data in SF360 CRM including accounts, contacts, opportunities, meetings, insights, and campaigns.
• Negotiate and execute client contracts; promote the full range of products/services.
• Serve as escalation point for critical service issues and drive resolution.
• Assist with client presentations, meetings, product collaboration, RFPs and project planning.
• Develop and report on client metrics and KPIs.
