Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial services, presently in a leadership role.
• Substantial experience in client solutioning and operating model design.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engagement to define and socialize a target operating model.
• Articulate STT's current-state offering and future capabilities.
• Drive structured problem-solving across front-, middle-, and back-office considerations.
