Job summary

State Street is seeking an experienced Client Implementation Analyst for the Alpha Performance service. You will onboard asset managers, analyze client requirements, and configure client-specific workflows within a global platform.

You’ll collaborate with performance SMEs and product teams to close gaps and continuously improve delivery processes. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in fintech or asset management implementing or supporting performance and attribution solutions.
• Nice to have – CFA/CIPM

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and documenting client requirements for large and/or complex efforts.
• Perform and support testing efforts.
• Configure the Alpha Performance solution for client-specific workflows.
• Participate in interactions with clients around the delivery of the solution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies and processes.
• Collaborate with Performance SMEs and Product to close functionality gaps.
• Share approaches with other teams to migrate clients successfully.
• Become a Performance product SME on State Street’s Front-to-back platform.
• Some travel may be required
