Job summary

Maersk, a global leader in logistics, seeks a Client Program Director to lead automotive-focused programmes. You will align customer strategy with operational execution, governance and growth, partnering across Commercial, Product, Operations, Technology and Finance to deliver joint roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, programme management, customer operations or operational leadership.
• Proven experience leading complex customer programmes, operational governance or cross-functional initiatives.
• Preferred automotive supply chain experience and understanding.
• Excellent relationship-building and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the strategic growth plan, programme roadmap and joint customer priorities.
• Build trusted relationships across the Client and Maersk with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Translate customer strategy, manufacturing priorities and supply chain requirements into actionable programme actions.
• Support Commercial and Product teams with customer insights and opportunities.
• Lead governance calls and manage risks, with clear action ownership and follow-up.
• Prepare monthly executive summaries and quarterly business reviews.
